The Owner and current staff will complete all current and ongoing IRS audits.
What about transition after the sale?
The Owners offer post-sale employment to maximize customer retention. They will either work remotely or come to your North Dallas/Plano area location.
What about equipment & software?
The Owners currently provide a workstation, Ultratax software, and all other fully-networked equipment needed to run a paperless practice. Equipment to be included in the sale is negotiable.
